Contributions

  • Can I answer questions on any subject?

Yes, if you answer questions on different subjects all of them will be considered for the royalty program.

  • I cannot upload a document, what should I do?

If when you are trying to upload a document you are being redirected to the same page, an error message is showing or you face another issue, make sure that you are not:

❌ Using a mobile device.

❌ Selecting a file that you previously uploaded.

❌ Trying to upload a file that already exists. You can make a quick search by selecting your school and the course directly from the Home page:

If the problem persists, contact us with the description of the issue and we will help you solve it.

Payments

  • How do I know that my earning has started?

  You can always see your earnings up to date by clicking on "Your insights" on the Home page and then selecting "Revenue".

  • How can I withdraw my money?

  You will receive a payout at the beginning of each month when your balance is over $25 USD.

  All payments are processed through PayPal.

  • I started giving answers to the questions on the platform. I am able to see how many views my answers have but the amount earned is zero. When will the earned amount be shown and when can I draw it?

The views to your answers do not generate income. The specific event that will generate income for you is when a student using your answer signs up for a OneClass membership to access your content. You may earn up to 20% of the value of the recurring income from that customer on OneClass.

  • Some questions are answered by multiple users, when this happens which contributor will be benefited from the royalty program?

The respective earnings are placed among the contributors based on the quality, likes and dislikes of each answer and thus the revenue is distributed accordingly. This means the most accurate and most complete content tends to get a greater share of the rewards.

  No, contributing at OneClass is free of charge.

  You can earn Knowledge Points to unlock answers for free.
